Nutrition Through Supplementation

Although most people would agree the very best way to get your nutrition is through healthy food, many if not most people have difficulty getting in the amount recommended through food alone. Studies have shown that supplementing with whole food supplements actually boost the immune system, lower homocysteine levels, effectively increases antioxidant nutrients and folate and protects DNA from the damage of oxidative stress.

There are currently a number of good products out there that will help with this. I personally use some myself and have had excellent benefits from them.
